Riveting, and Very Introspective

While reading this book, it forced me to face some childhood traumas that I soon realized also led to trauma as an adult and domestic violence. I really enjoyed the journaling as well! It gave me hope that no matter how bad our situation is in life, things can and will change once you are ready for healing. It will not be done in one day, but it's a process. Mrs. Myers really makes it easy to identify with her story, it's a tough read but makes you look deep into oneself and if you're ready to heal. It's a great start!
