SUPPORT GROUPS

You Don't Have to Walk This Journey Alone.
Healing can feel difficult when you have been carrying painful experiences on your own. The Holes Foundation Inc. offers a virtual peer-support space where participants can connect, feel heard, and explore their healing journey in a supportive environment.
You deserve to be treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. Taking the first step can begin with a simple conversation.
A Space to Connect, Heal & Grow
Our virtual support group is designed to encourage connection, shared understanding, and personal growth. Participants have an opportunity to engage with others in a supportive setting while exploring their experiences at their own pace. Our approach centers on :
Connection & Peer Support
Build connections with others who understand the importance of support, encouragement, and being heard.
Healing & Personal Growth
Explore healthy boundaries, self-worth, confidence, and positive steps toward moving forward.
Empowerment & Resources
Learn about support options and practical resources that may help you make informed decisions for your future.
